BOOK CLOSE:

National Microfinance Bittiya Sanstha Ltd. (NMFBS) has announced Book Close of Annual General meeting (AGM).

The book will be close on 16 Mangsir 2076. Only the shareholders who get registered in the book within 15 Mangsir 2076 or one day ahead of book close will be eligible to participate in AGM.

BOOK CLOSE:

Swarojgar Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha (SLBBL) has announced its Book Close and calls its Annual General meeting (AGM).

The book close will be on 15 Mangsir 2076. Only the shareholders who get registered in the book within 14 Mangsir 2076 or one day ahead of the book close will be eligible to participate in AGM.

The bank will convene 11th AGM on 28 Mangsir 2076 at Kayastha Banquet, Banepa, Kavrepalanchok, 10:30 AM.

The agendas of AGM are:

• to endorse 26.7520% or Rs. 7.20 crore bonus shares and 1.4080% or Rs.37.94 lakh cash dividend from the income of FY 2075/76
• to approve audited financial statement of FY 2075/76.
• to appoint statutory auditor for FY 2076/77
• to issue 100% right shares
• to go for merger and acquisition with appropriate bank and financial institutions; provided authority for BOD and signed MOU and assets and liabilities valuation through DDA.
• to amend MOA and AOA, etc

Currently, its paid up capital stands at Rs. 26.95 crore.

BONUS:

Sana Kisan Bikas Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (SKBBL) has announced dividend for shareholders from the distributable profit of FY 2075/76.

The board meeting of the company held on 06 Mangsir 2076 has decided to distribute 27.25% bonus share and 1.434% cash dividend for tax purpose.

The decision should be approved by Nepal Rastra Bank (NRB) and Annual general meeting (AGM).

Its paid up capital stands at Rs.78.60 crore.
