Nepal Bank (NBL) Approves Bonus and Dividend after 23 Years!



Nepal Bank (NBL), the first commercial bank of Nepal, has approved bonus shares and dividend for shareholders after more than two decades.


The 60th annual general meeting (AGM) held yesterday on 25 Paush 2076 has approved to distribute its shareholders a net 25% including 15% bonus shares and 10% cash dividend including tax.

The price for 15% bonus shares is already adjusted to Rs 275.65 on 13 Paush 2076 and 10% cash dividend is now getting sent to the shareholders account.


Currently its paid up stands at Rs. 9.81 arba and its capital will be Rs 11.28 after the adjustement.
