Arun Valley Hydropower Development Company Limited (AHPC) has announced dividend for shareholders from the distributable profit of FY 2075/76.
The board meeting of the company held on 22 Mangsir 2076 has decided to distribute 7% bonus shares and 0.63% cash dividend for tax purpose.
The decision should be approved by Annual general meeting (AGM).
