RBCL Proposes Attractive Bonus 120%, Check Out?


Rastriya Beema Company Limited (RBCL) has just proposed to distribute its shareholders an attractive single lump sum of 120% bonus shares for 6 fiscal years altogether at once. The executive committee meeting held on this Thursday has proposed to distribute the said amount of bonus share to its shareholders from the net profit made in the fiscal year 2068/069.


The company is preparing to distribute the bonus share for 6 fiscal years 2063/064, 2064/065, 2065/066, 2066/067, 2067/068 and 2068/069 together. RBCL has already conducted its annual general meeting (AGM) till the fiscal year 2062/63 lately just last year.

GRDBL 400% Right Share Deadline Extended ! Don't Miss !!


Green Development Bank Ltd. (GRDBL) has just extended its deadline to apply for its 1:4 (400%) right share issue to its shareholders by additional 2 weeks (15 days) till Wednesday 7th March 2018 (23rd Falgun 2074). Otherwise, it was ending tomorrow Tuesday 20th February 2018 (8th Falgun 2074). The right share issue previously open for 35 days starting from Monday 16th January 2018 (2nd Magh 2074).


The book closure date for the right share issue was set on Monday 1st January 2018 (17th Paush 2074). That means, only those shares registered one trading day ahead of the book closure date, i.e., till Sunday 31st December 2017 (16th Paush 2074) are eligible to apply for the right shares. The bank is issuing 4 million units of right shares

CBIL Closes Today Public Issue of Citizens Mutual Fund !

CBIL Capital closes today, Thursday Falgun 3, 2074 its public issue of Citizen Mutual Fund-1 of 10 crore unit shares worth Rs 1 arba; big opportunity for layman investors to enter in stock market. The offer was open from Magh 2, 2074. The mutual fund is issuing a total of 10 crore unit of ordinary shares worth Rs 1 arba at face value of Rs 10 per unit.


Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) had provided final nod to the public issue of Citizens Mutual Fund on Poush 18, 2074. Interested people must apply for a minimum of 100 units of share and they can apply for up to 20,00,000 unit of shares. Interested applicants can apply through ASBA-approved banks from all 77 districts across the country.

Rastriya Beema Company (RBCL) Soars Net Profit of Rs 370 million (42.4%) in Q2 of FY 2074/75 !


Rastriya Beema Company Ltd. (RBCL) has earned a net profit of Rs 372.5 million (Rs 37.25 crores) in the Second Quarter (Q2) of the current Fiscal Year (FY) compared to Rs 261.6 million  (Rs 26.16 crores) of the corresponding period (Q2) of the last FY. This is a 42.37% times increase!


In the review period, the company earned net insurance premium of Rs 128.8 million (Rs 12.88 crores) which is 21 percent growth than the previous FY. The company earned Rs 13.8 million (Rs 1.38 crores) through reinsurance commission.

In Q2, it paid Rs 34.3 million (Rs 3.44 crores) on claims.

The company with a paid-up capital of Rs 266.6 million (Rs 26.66 crores) has reserve fund of Rs 1.98 billion (Rs 1 arbas 98 crores). Similarly, the company has maintained Rs 1.26 billion (Rs 1 arabs 26 crores) on insurance fund.

Thus, RBCL must hike its capital by about 275% that is Rs 733.4 million (Rs 73.34 crores) to meet the capital requirement of Rs 1 billion (Rs 1 arba).

Its current earning per share (EPS) stands at Rs 139.70 (annualized EPS Rs 279.44), net worth per share Rs 843.11 and price to earning (P/E) ratio at 96.99 times.

Its last trading price on this Sunday was Rs 12,550 that was the lowest in the past 10 months after its massive hike as much high upto Rs 23,000 in mid April early this year before the adjustment.

Unnati Microfinance (UMBSL) IPO Result Out, Check Online if You're Lucky!


Unnati Microfinance Bittiya Sanstha Limited (UMBSL) has allocated its 1,65,000 units Initial Public Offering (IPO) shares worth Rs 16.5 million (Rs. 1.65 crores) today Friday morning at 8:30 AM in the office premises of Siddhartha Capital Limited, its issue manager, in Narayanchaur, Naxal, Kathmandu. Out of 2,44,427 valid applicants, only 15,015 (6%) applicants have been allotted with a minimum of 10 unit mandatory shares through the lottery system. The issue totals 1,50,150 unit shares worth of Rs 15 million (Rs 1.50 crores) and collected more than Rs 786.4 millions (Rs 78.64 crores). Likewise, 101 staffs of the microfinance company were allotted 6,600 units and 12 mutual fund schemes were allotted 8,250 units shares.


Of the total 2,46,894 applications, there were 2,467 applicants that were canceled due to various mistakes in double applications, Demat account numbers and more or less than the mentioned kittas. Given that the IPO was oversubscribed by 52.38 times, a total of 2,29,412 (94%) eligible applicants were left empty handed. The IPO was issued for four banking days about a month ago from Friday 5th January 2018 till Tuesday 9th January 2018 (21 to 25 Paush 2074) at the par value of Rs 100.

Premier Insurance (PIC) FPO Result Out, Check Online if You're Lucky!

Premier Insurance Company Nepal Limited (PIC) has allocated its 6,59,565 units Further Public Offering (FPO) shares worth Rs 526.9 million (Rs. 52.69 crores) today Thursday morning  at 9:00 AM in the premises of the insurance company's head office in Naxal, Kathmandu. According to NMB Capital Limited, the issue manager of the FPO, out of 1,86,475 valid applicants, only 65,951 applicants have been allotted with a minimum of 10 unit mandatory shares through the lottery system and 5 lucky applicants have been allotted with 11 unit shares.


Of the total 1,89,321 applications, there were 2,846 applicants that were canceled due to double applications, mistakes in Demat account numbers and applications made for more or less than mentioned kittas. Nearly 123,370 applicants were unable to receive the FPO. The FPO was issued about a month ago from Sunday 31st December 2017 to Wednesday 3rd January 2018 (16 to 19 Paush 2074) at Rs 799 per unit including Rs 699 premium added to the par value of Rs 100.
